I am absolutely in love with these gorgeous clutches from Mollusa Wedding Art on Etsy. I originally found CutesyGirl when I was searching for shoes to blog about at If The Shoes Fit – and they definitely have an amazing selection of gorgeous, chic budget friendly shoes (remember the purple pumps from earlier this week?). Anyway – I was browsing the site today and decided to take a look at their dress selection and I am SO GLAD I did!

I am working on the Something Blue post for my little wedding dress series and I just found this beauty from Mackenzie Michaels that I HAD to share! I love lace and I love the vintage feel of brown lace over ivory. It’s gorgeous – and it’s only $127 from House of Brides!

I love this little dress boutique I found on eBay this week! They have the most adorable dresses for little girls at great prices ($30-$50 range). I particularly LOVE the Pink Paris design above which also comes in black with white and bright pink. Most of their styles are available in sizes from 12 months to 6x and they also have a lot of styles in sizes 7-16 for junior bridesmaids.

The great thing about dresses like these are that they are gorgeous for your wedding – and are perfect for parties and special occasions after the wedding as well. As I mom of 2 girls who have been in weddings 4 times, I know how nice it is to know that I am spending money on something they can wear more then once! When my husband and I renew our vows in May, all three of our children will have a special part in the ceremony. One of our daughters will be singing a song she is learning with her voice teacher, and the younger daughter is working on memorizing a verse for the ceremony.  This week, I got the dresses I ordered for them! Forgive the picture – it’s from my cell phone lol.

The dresses are white with pink sashes. They had a pink flower on the sash but I wasn’t a fan so I took them off. Here’s the awesome part – these dresses were $10 each on ebay! I found similar dresses at my local salon selling for anywhere from $75 – $100 each.

So tonight I am babysitting my 2 nieces and nephew for my sister so that she can have a Valentine’s Day with her hubby. I decided that it would be fun to allow my youngest niece Rayelle to pick a few of her favorite flower girls dresses from House of Brides and I would post about them. I had her explain to me what she liked about each dress so that I could tell you exactly why she picked them. Now bare with me..she’s only 5 so her vocabulary is a little limited.

Dress #1

Designed by Bonny style #4813.  Made with iridescent taffeta this dress features caped sleeves with a lace neckline. The bodice is beautiful with its crisscross overlay which flows into the wonderful billowing skirt that is gathered and tuck with lace accents. Retailing for $204.95 but is selling for $164.00.

Rayelle’s thoughts:  ” I like how nice and white it is and the skirt is really nice. This dress looks pretty. The buttons on the back are pretty.”

Dress #2

Designed by Bonny style #4820. This dress is made with iridescent taffeta in a beautiful aqua. The bodice features crisscross pleating and lovely spaghetti straps. With its  beautiful beaded waist and rhinestone accents this dress was an easy pick for Rayelle. Normally retailing for $164.95  this dress is being sold for $130.00.

Rayelle’s thoughts:  “The color and the belt(beaded waist) are way nice! I like the white spot on the belt(rhinestone accent). The tucked top(bodice) is really cool to.”

Dress #3

Designed by Bonny style #4609. This dress is made in royal satin. It features a beaded neckline and spaghetti straps. The back is adorable with its bow and tails detail. The normal retail price of this dress is $159.95 but is being sold for only $104.00

Rayelle’s thoughts:  “I like the simple top and the straps are nice. I really like the pretty bow in the back.”

Frederick’s of Hollywood is probably not the first place you think of when you are looking for bridesmaids gowns.  Wedding night apparel and honeymoon apparel yes – but bridesmaids?  So I was pleasantly surprised when I was browsing through their clothing section and discovered these two gems:
