And here we are again, with the last of our series on great silver star eBay finds. I actually only have one item to show you today, but I liked it so much I thought it deserved it’s own post:) This wedding cake topper has a very unique, modern look to it, and would be perfect on top of a simple white wedding cake. The cake topper is available from Twinkle Designs for about $20, so it’s very affordable as well.
This cake topper would work well for a July 4th theme, a white & black theme, or a masquarade ball theme.

Silver Star eBay Finds #2

As I promised, I am back with a few more Silver Star finds today:) This time, I found some amazing decor touches!
Silver lanterns with star cut outs and etching – add to your decor, or use instead of flowers for your wedding party. Especially gorgeous for a candle-lite evening wedding! These are selling for $20 for the set of four.

I also really liked these silver star accents. They are 3D acrylic silver stars with glitter – and they are fairly large (6″ x 6″) without being heavy, perfect for hanging from the ceiling over your dance floor! They are sold in packs of ten, so it works out to about $2/star.

And that’s it for today:) I will have one more post tomorrow – come back then:)

Interesting!

When I saw the thumbnail for this black & white wedding gown, I was a little unimpressed but something told me to take a closer look and I actually really like it! It has a VERY sexy low-cut back with just the slightest train – perfect for an informal or beach wedding. The black and silver embroidered pattern really gives it a whole character all on it’s own! This gown would be lovely for a unique bride, and for a more formal wedding, it would make a great bridesmaid’s gown as well!
For a bridal gown – it is REALLY affordable ($185!!).

Black Trimmed Veil
Posted by Kari in Black & White, Bridal Gowns & Accessories on December 7th, 2007

Black wedding gowns are all the rage in Paris right now, but here in North America black and white is just starting to gain popularity. Adding black accents into a traditionally white aspect of the wedding makes a beautiful yet still dramatic effect. That’s why I LOVE this Black Trimmed Veil- it’s still very lovely, but with a nice dramatic touch. It would look amazing with a gown that has touches of black beading or a black sash, etc. And – it’s affordable to. This two-tiered, elbow length veil is $9.98.
Black & White Candles
Posted by Kari in Black & White, Decorations on September 16th, 2007

Take a look at these adorable hand-decorated candles from Etsy seller, Taylored Arts! They are beautiful and fairly affordable at $8/candle. For a centerpiece, you could pair one of these candles with a black BlumeBox ($5) holding a bouquet of white silk roses. Depending on where you purchase flowers, you cost could be as low as $20/centerpiece for a stunning, elegant black and white wedding.
If you love the candle, but it doesn’t quite fit into the center piece budget – use it as an accent on the guest book table or cake table, or even as a unity candle. Here are a few more of her candles which are currently available as well.
